We use a variety of safe and effective techniques to help people with chronic pain get back to living the life they want.

When Should I See Someone for My Pain?

Treatment for back and neck pain depends on the tissue damaged and lack of motion or excessive motion in the body. Often, pain is due to other areas of the body not moving efficiently, which results in pain and irritation in the painful area.  Adjustments, or joint manipulation, restores motion to joints in the spine and/or extremities, which can resolve the issue causing pain.  When overuse syndromes occur, the soft tissue structures supporting the body become irritated and painful. Techniques such as A.R.T, Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Dry Needling help restore the proper tone within the injured tissue.  Pain is common, but should never be considered normal.  When you feel pain, it is your body’s way of telling you something is not working normally, and needs to be addressed.  The majority of pain, especially low back pain, falls in the category of “uncomplicated”.  This means that, although extremely painful in certain occasions, there is no pathology associated with it.  In these cases, chiropractic and rehab techniques can address your issue.  When you come in for your first appointment, we do a full exam in order to determine what is causing your pain.  If imaging (x-ray, MRI, etc.) is necessary, that will be performed as well.  Once the extent of your condition is assessed, we develop a plan to get you feeling and moving better.  If your condition requires another form of treatment beyond conservative care, we have an extensive network of other health care professionals to get you to the right place.
