Dr. Brad Schmitt

Beginnings

Dr. Schmitt has been practicing chiropractic for six years. He opened Schmitt Chiropractic & Rehab in 2012 and has remained at 156th and Maple Street for the duration of that time. Dr. Schmitt became interested in chiropractic when he was in middle school and began having lower back problems. He is originally from a small town in northeast Nebraska, and there was no chiropractor in the area at the time.

A Turning Point

After a couple years with no answers or results from multiple therapists and physicians, he turned to a chiropractor in a nearby town and had great results! After going to chiropractors and physical therapists throughout high school for sports injuries, Dr. Schmitt decided to go into chiropractic care.

Following the completion of his undergraduate degree from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he went on to Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS. Upon completing his degree, he moved back to Nebraska and opened Schmitt Chiropractic & Rehab in 2012.

Staying Current

Dr. Schmitt has taken post-graduate courses in functional dry needling, extremity adjusting, functional rehab, nutrition, throwing injuries, sports taping, and Active Release, to name a few. He continues to stay current with the best treatment methods for different conditions with continuing education. In his free time, he enjoy spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their three boys.
