Widespread Pain & Other Conditions

Fibromyalgia

Certain diagnostic criteria are required to be diagnosed with fibromyalgia. If you have chronic, widespread pain, fibromyalgia is one of the possible conditions you could have. Treatment with chiropractic care and muscle therapy can help manage and provide relief from the pain caused by fibromyalgia by helping your nervous system function at its best.

Tendinitis/Bursitis

Inflammation of a tendon or bursa can occur in different locations throughout the body. If you are diagnosed with one of these conditions, we have treatment options for you, and can help resolve your pain and keep it from coming back. Golfer’s and Tennis Elbow are examples of tendinitis.

Paresthesia Symptoms

Numbness and tingling are the symptoms that refer to paresthesia. Nerve impingements and/or muscle/joint inflammation can create these symptoms. If you have numbness and/or tingling in your arms, leg, hands, or feet, we can help diagnose the problem and get you on the road to recovery. Radiculopathy (caused from compression/irritation of spinal nerves on one or both sides of the spine), neuropathy (compression/irritation on a nerve outside of the spine), and myelopathy (compression/irritation of the spinal cord) can all give these symptoms. Determining the causative factor is essential for proper treatment. We can treat these symptoms or refer to the correct health care provider if needed.
